Chrome and Parts has a 30-day “remorse return” policy, where customers can return any item as long as it is in its original condition.
Meaning, that all items must be in the same condition, including packaging, accessories, manuals, and documentation, as received within 30 days of purchase for US orders, 45 days of purchase for international orders.
Refunds will be for returned items, excluding shipping costs. The refund will be sent back to the original form of payment for qualifying items only.
Customer is responsible for all shipping expenses of returned items. For returned items with free shipping when purchased, there will be a 10% restocking fee.
We are not able to accept sealed items or packaging after it has been opened or the seal removed/broken.
Orders can only be cancelled prior to the shipping of the order.
