We ship Monday-Friday, excluding holidays, through either UPS, Fedex, or USPS.

Calculated Shipping Cost:

Shipping is based on customer's shipping address and will be calculated during the checkout process.

Flat rate shipping applies to all conterminous (lower 48) states.
Oversized Shipping is quoted per customer's delivery location.
To get the lowest and best LTL shipping price, a commercial address or UPS/Fedex Freight location is preferable.

 

Free Shipping Items:

For products with Free Shipping, the offer only applies to the contiguous 48 United States.

Countries we currently ship to:

We currently ship to the U.S. conterminous (lower 48) states only.

Change of Delivery Address:

Once the order is placed, it is not possible to change the delivery address.
If the delivery should fail and your order will be returned to our warehouse you can either pay the shipping cost again to have it shipped to the new address or you can cancel the order for a refund.
Note that there will be a restocking fee of 15% applied and the already paid shipping cost is not refundable. 

 

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address:

You are responsible to enter the correct shipping address.
If an order comes back to us because of an incorrect given shipping address, the shipping cost will be deducted from any refund.
If you want to have it shipped again, you need to pay for the shipping cost again.

 

Processing and Delivery Time:

Our processing time is between 24 to 48 hours.
Shipments will be received between 1 and 5 days, depending on the customer's location.

Customer Pick Up:

Order pick up is currently not possible.
